CrossBar Resistive RAM (ReRAM) High-Performance Memory IP cores are ideal for embedded MTP NVM applications across IoT, wearables, mobile, consumer electronics, AI, industrial, automotive and medical. They can also serve few-time (FTP) and one-time programmable (OTP) use cases.

These NVM IP cores integrate at the same process nodes as MCU, SoC and FPGA designs, or as stand-alone memory chips. Starting at 28 nm and scaling below 10 nm, they enable cost-effective, low-latency, high-performance and low-energy code execution and data-storage solutions.

Data integrity and operating characteristics exceed current flash. Depending on the business model, IP can be delivered as hard macros or under architectural license. Supported densities range from 2 Mbits (256 KB) to 256 Mbits (32 MB), with custom sizes available. CrossBar’s High-Performance ReRAM is also used for secure physical unclonable function (PUF) keys embedded in semiconductors.
