Non-volatile Memory Flexibility
CrossBar ReRAM is a non-volatile memory that can be integrated into standard CMOS processes. In addition to High-Performance and High-Density NVM MTP, CrossBar ReRAM can also be utilized in highly secure few-time programmable (FTP) or one-time programmable (OTP) applications.

MTP-compatible FTP/OTP:
Same memory cell as CrossBar’s high-performance MTP, enabling a single monolithic ReRAM memory block used across FTP/OTP/MTP applications. -
Custom FTP/OTP:
Optimized for shorter writes and lower endurance requirements to reduce area for designs where large amounts of FTP/OTP storage are needed (kBytes → MBytes).
PUF keys can be flexibly provisioned within the same memory. A single process flow simplifies manufacturing while dynamic re-sizing during test further improves flexibility.
